R G Carter - YMCA Building
Social Care Buildings - Project Value: £450,000
R G Carter, an award winning contractor which specialises in building care facilities, called upon our extensive track record of delivering plastering and dry lining contracts to work on this substantial new development in Grimsby, Lincolnshire.
Across 74 en-suite bedrooms and associated communal spaces, we dry lined rooms and corridors with dot and dab and constructed bathrooms with metal stud partitions. We created new ceilings in metal-formed plasterboard before completing all rooms with a skim plaster finish. We also installed bespoke suspended ceilings for all communal areas. In completing this successful project we closely collaborated with the client to provide value for money, while ensuring all partitions and ceilings achieved the required fire safety and acoustic ratings.

We were chosen to carry out this project based upon our solid track record of delivering plastering and drylining contracts in the Lincolnshire area. We carried out a full turnkey service. This is truly a stunning design and will offer incredible luxury spa and leisure facilities in our hometown of Grimsby. We have now commenced on with the 2nd phase of the scheme, 12 hotel garden rooms which will further enhance the full spa service.
Jotun Paints - Flixborough, Scunthorpe
Private Sector Contractor - Project Value: £225,000
We were awarded the contract by Britcon, and for the first task we had to demolish all existing ceilings and walls as instructed. Following on from this we installed all the metal partition walls and suspended ceilings. Our fixers installed a fire protection using a glasroc board, fixing it directly to our metal furrings to all the existing steels in the main factory area.

For this large scale residential scheme in Waltham, Lincolnshire, Barratt Homes entrusted us to conduct extensive dry lining, partitioning, insulation and tape & jointing in 239 new build two-storey houses. This large scale project, part of forming a vibrant and welcoming new neighbourhood of quality homes, was completed on time and on budget by our talented team at Lincs Interiors, with all regulatory and safety requirements met.
Finedale Homes - New Build Houses, Apartments

For this large scale residential scheme in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, Finedale Homes entrusted us to conduct extensive dry lining, partitioning, coving and plastering in 31 new build two-storey houses, and across four apartment buildings. Focus Independent Adult Social Care - Heritage House

After successfully delivering previous schemes for Focus, they entrusted us with this substantial office project in Grimsby. We completed extensive dry lining, partitioning, suspended ceilings, plastering, column encasements, and glazed partitions. The new office space created a modern and flexible work space across multiple floors.
